Bank of China cooperated with Guokang to promote delicate
healthy life
On August 1, 2008, Bank of China Head Office and Guokang
signed a cooperative agreement on health counseling
procurement item, platinum credit card value-added service.
It is reported that this set of services which is divided
into extreme platinum credit card and elite platinum credit
card contains many high quality services including health
counseling, appointment for famous experts and guidance
throughout the treatment has been formerly initiated in
twelve cities represented by Beijing, Shanghai, and
Guangzhou.
Through this cooperation, Bank of China satisfied its
platinum credit card holds’ initial demand for health,
improved its platinum credit card’s service quality and
made its service connotation richer. With the consistent
increasing of customers’ satisfaction in the trial
implementation above cities, the whole set of services will
be used more widely, and then the Bank of China brand image
will get comprehensive promotion and high praise.
